On the small DUTCH folk label, STOOF MU 7430, is this never released/lost album of this famous folk duo pressed. The LP comes in a plane white sleeve.
An outstanding folk record, Joan Mills's voice is crystal clear and full of earnesty and thought.
Michael Raven (1938-2008) accompanies her with guitar or banjo, and at times flute. He does a wonderful job of completing and complimenting her vocal abbilities through his instruments.
The songs themselves are are haunting stories of life, death, love and man & woman, as in many folk songs of the same period.
